New! The Boston Comedy History Traveling Mini-Museum!
New addition! No matter what edition of the 100 Years of Boston Comedy series I am presenting, I will bring the Boston Comedy History Travelling Mini-Museum with me! This includes artifacts I have collected for research, like vaudeville programs from B.F. Keith’s Theatre and the Old Howard going back as far as 1901, plus books, records, sheet music, photographs, and other ephemera. Over the course of 28 years of covering comedy, I have also collected materials from modern shows, like press badges and programs from Comics Come Home, The Boston Comedy Festival, and the Women In Comedy Festival, The Comedy Studio, and plenty more. This travelling exhibit will continue to evolve, and may change from appearance to appearance depending on the subject matter.
